Carry out the recruitment process following company’s regulation and SOP;

Be in charge of procedure for new employees including health check, data input, labor contract and orientation training;

Create and develop talent pool by various sources/ activities;

Manage recruitment module of Company website and service job advertisement websites;

Take part in projects/ events led by HR;

Carry out jobs assigned by superiors.

1. Payroll

To be in-charge of timekeeping and payroll for related Department;
To monitor Annual leave and overtime situation of related Department;
To pay other benefits for employees;
To calculate, check and pay monthly salary for the employees.

2. Insurance
To pay the Social insurance benefits for the employees;
To issue and re-issue the Health insurance cards for the employees;
To support the employees in the medical examination and treatment;
To receive, monitor & check insurance book of new employees;
To make declarations for new employees;
To adjust employees’ personal information of insurance;
To be in charge of Unemployment monthly report to Insurance Dept.;
To guide for Unemployment registration, to return social Insurance book;
To guide the procedure of the accident compensation for the the employees;
To support the employees in payment for the accident benefit;

3. Recruitment
To be in charge of all recruitment activities for related to Department;
Builds and manage candidate sources by researching and contacting universities, employment agencies, recruiters, internet sites,..;
To work with related department to implement the recruitment activities and orientation training for new employees;
Entrance health check for new employees.

4. Outsourcing management
To control and monitor activities and payment for Outsourcing Company.

5. Others: Carry out jobs on superior assignment.

Study and develop content for nutrition and health projects’ activities;

Co-operate with authorities/ institutions (Government organizations, Universities, Schools, Hospitals, etc.) in Education, Health and Nutrition fields to deploy nutrition and health projects’ activities;

Develop and maintain good relationships with academic and health institutions and KOLs;

Keep the software, company website, and social media platforms updated regularly;

Disseminate accurate information on products and their safety to external stakeholders via seminars, lectures, media, books, and publications, etc.;

Establish and standardize scientific communication materials and content for direct communication activities and mass media communication.

• Work under a recruitment team to perform full cycle of recruitment process include sourcing and contact candidates, conducting interviews
• Plan and execute recruitment activities such as job fairs and road shows
• Build strong relationship with hiring managers and external parties
• Maintain updated and accurate database of companyMarketing online
• Other related tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

• Develop, implement and monitor training programs (TNA, annual training plan, career path…).
• Execute the training plan and the competency-based programs in company such as Recruitment, Training and Development, Talent Management, Position Management, Annual Performance Evaluation, Promotion and Grading…
• Plan the annual budget for training and development activities.
• Carry out the internal training programs including developing its training materials,  providing the internal training under the forms of classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, workshops, team-building activities….
• Monitor and report on activities, cost, performance… as required.
• Other assignment tasks related to the staff development / motivation / engagement…
